Thanks for shopping at Pong Yuen Holdings Limited. We do not accept return and refund unless the item you purchased is defective.  Products cannot be returned or exchanged after 7 days from the receipt of original order.

Return and Refund Policy:

1. You have 7 calendar days to contact us to exchange or return an item from the date you received it.
2. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
3. Your item must be in the original packaging.
4. Your item needs to have the receipt of proof of purchase.

How to return for exchange:

You need to bring the item you consider defective to our office directly:

19 Science Park West Avenue, Hong Kong Science Park,
Pak Shek Kok, New Territories, Hong Kong
Please contact us and make an appointment at pymarketing@pongyuen.com.hk with details of the product and the defect.
We will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time for 7 days, whether you are entitled a replacement as a result of the defect.

Refund Policy:

(a) Return with Courier
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.   We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Cost
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.   If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 
(b) Return In-store
You can bring products to our office directly within our office hour.   Refund would be paid to you immediately after inspecting the item.  Appointment for notice is required for returning in-store directly.
